Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Motavi Co., Ltd. ("Motavi", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit motavi.com or engage our services. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (the "PDPA") and applicable data protection principles.

Who we are

Motavi Co., Ltd. is a self-hosted n8n automation studio based in Bangkok, Thailand. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at privacy@motavi.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

  • Information you give us — when you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, the nature of your enquiry, and any details you choose to include in your message.
  • Booking information — when you schedule a call, our self-hosted scheduling system records your name, email, and the time you book.
  • Usage data — we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referral source. Where you arrive via a marketing campaign, we record campaign attribution parameters (UTM tags).
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookies section below.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To schedule, confirm, and manage calls you book with us.
  • To send you information you have consented to receive, such as occasional automation tips. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • To understand and improve how our website performs.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you opt in to receive emails), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (responding to enquiries), to perform a contract (delivering our services), and where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, balanced against your rights.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on infrastructure we control, including self-hosted servers and databases. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Enquiry and booking data is processed through our own automation systems rather than third-party form services.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our email delivery provider and analytics tools — and only to the extent necessary. These providers are bound to handle your data securely. We may also disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside Thailand. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to an appropriate standard.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain our business records, or to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where you consent, for analytics. Analytics cookies help us measure traffic and improve the site. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.

Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and request portability of data you have provided. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@motavi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
