We offer automation services including, but not limited to, a fixed-price introductory workflow build and ongoing retainer engagements. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be agreed separately in a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, which together with these Terms governs that engagement. In the event of a conflict, the specific service agreement prevails.
Fees and payment
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points and may vary based on the scope of your requirements. Final fees, payment schedules, and terms are set out in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Deliverables and ownership
Workflows we build for you are delivered to run on your own infrastructure, and on full payment you own the resulting workflow configurations for use in your business. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. Nothing in an engagement transfers ownership of our underlying tools or intellectual property except the specific deliverables agreed.
Your responsibilities
To deliver our services, we rely on you to provide timely access, accurate information, and any third-party accounts or credentials required. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you process through automations we build, and for maintaining your own infrastructure, accounts, and backups unless we have expressly agreed to manage these.
Third-party services
Our services often integrate third-party platforms (such as n8n, databases, messaging, and API providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, or terms of those third-party services, which are governed by their own agreements.
Warranties and limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
